Air transport pilot’s license issued by competent Vietnamese agencies to foreign pilots.

6. Certified copy of passport or valid passport replacement document or valid international travel document according to the provisions of law.

7. Work permit applications related to foreign workers:

For internally transferred workers, there must be a document from the foreign enterprise sending them to work at that foreign enterprise’s commercial presence in the territory of Vietnam and a document proving that the foreign worker has been That foreign enterprise recruits at least 12 months before working in Vietnam.

For foreign workers as prescribed in Point c, Clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree, there must be a contract or agreement signed between the Vietnamese and foreign partners, in which there must be an agreement on the employee’s employment. foreign workers working in Vietnam.

For foreign workers performing various types of contracts or agreements on economics, trade, finance, banking, insurance, science and technology, culture, sports, education, vocational education Industry and healthcare must have a service provision contract signed between the Vietnamese and foreign partners and documents proving that the foreign worker has worked for a foreign enterprise that does not have a commercial presence in Vietnam. For foreign workers in the case of a contracted service provider, there must be a document from the service provider sending the foreign worker to Vietnam to negotiate service provision.

For foreign workers working for foreign non-governmental organizations, international organizations in Vietnam that are allowed to operate according to Vietnamese law must have a certificate from the foreign non-governmental organization. , an international organization permitted to operate under the provisions of Vietnamese law.

For foreign workers who are responsible for establishing a commercial presence, there must be a document from the service provider sending the foreign worker to Vietnam to establish the service provider’s commercial presence. there.
