Possessing a favorable location, the North of Vietnam is considered an “extended arm” to key production areas at home and abroad. Accordingly, connecting with the North is the Southern Economic Corridor of China – where the headquarters of industrial giants in manufacturing, biochemistry, commerce and electronic technology are located. Seizing this advantage, the industrial real estate market here has also formed early, creating favorable conditions for businesses wishing to expand manufacture.
